Some Of The Solutions Available

  • Debt Management Plan

This plan is suitable for people with unsecured debts totalling £15,000 or less, although this depends on your exact circumstances.

  • Individual Voluntary Arrangements

IVAs are a binding contract between you and your creditors. You will make fixed monthly payments into your IVA, and in return they will accept lower payments over a fixed term.

  • Protected Trust Deeds

Residents of Scotland may benefit from a Protected Trust Deed. A Trust Deed is a legally binding agreement between you and your creditors, similar to an IVA.

  • Debt Arrangement Scheme

A DAS is also a solution for residents of Scotland and is a Government approved scheme allowing you to freeze all interest or charges on your debts. A DAS exists until your debts are fully repaid, meaning your debts will not be written off.

Fees may be payable if continuing services are provided. Repaying debt over a longer time period may increase the total amount to be repaid.
Credit rating may be affected. Read about fee information here

How We Can Help

Being in debt can be incredibly stressful but our solutions are about trying to reduce your monthly unsecured repayments down to an amount that you can afford and eventually become debt free so that you can get your life back on track.

Debts we can help with include:

  • Council Tax Arrears
  • Store Debts
  • Payday Loans
  • CCJ Debts
  • Overdrafts
  • Loans
  • Credit Cards
  • Previous House Rent Arrears
  • Benefit Overpayment
  • Mortgage Shortfalls
  • Utility Arrears

We have a range of solutions to help. The best solution for you will depend on your own personal circumstances including how much debt you are in, what you can afford to pay back and where in the UK you live. Once we understand your circumstances, we can identify which solution you qualify for and fully explain the process. If you decide to proceed with us then we can deal with your creditors on your behalf. You will be allocated your own debt advice expert who will take away the unwanted pressure of dealing with any calls or paperwork received.

However difficult things seem right now, the good news is that every debt problem can be solved.
